By accessing and using the LandlordTurbo website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

LandlordTurbo provides rental management services for Ontario landlords, including but not limited to tenant screening, property marketing, lease preparation, and ongoing rental support. Our services are designed to assist landlords in finding and managing quality tenants.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

- Provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your properties

- Comply with all applicable Ontario landlord-tenant laws and regulations

- Use our services only for lawful purposes

- Not misrepresent property conditions or rental terms

- Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials

4. Fees and Payment

Service fees are outlined in your individual service agreement. All fees are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes. Payment terms and refund policies are specified in your service agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

LandlordTurbo acts as a service provider to assist landlords. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as tenant quality, rental income, or occupancy rates. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the LandlordTurbo website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of LandlordTurbo or its licensors and is protected by Canadian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, any outstanding fees remain payable, and we will return any property-related documents in our possession.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
